Support is provided by way of pro-bono coaching services to some organisations as indicated above. During 2018 support by way of donations of 4.0% of gross revenue is distributed to charities. For 2018 recipients are: the Australian Red Cross; Mercy Ships Australia; the Fred Hollows Foundation; Greening Australia; Wildcare (for conservation efforts for the highly endangered Orange-bellied Parrot); Orange Sky Laundry and the University of Queensland Diamantina Institute (for its research into Ankylosing Spondylitis, a crippling disease for which there is currently no cure).
